Family Ranching Makes For Great Family Meals

Ahhh, that feeling of heading out to the family ranch every summer growing up; it’s so good and it’s exactly the feeling we want to provide.

For as long as we can remember our family—kids, grandparents, friends—has been out on the ranch, getting our working boots dirty and playing buckaroo, it’s what us Bridwell’s have always done!

We’ve spent years, decades in fact, getting it just right on our 700+ acres of Big Springs Ranch. It’s no question a lot goes into meat this good—hard work, that is—and we’re proud to serve your family straight from ours.

How We Ranch, And How We Don’t

We’re not like most, and that’s exactly how we want it to be. At Cattle Call, we draw clear lines in the sand--well, in the field--about how we do things and how we don’t. You’ll never question how the food that’s on your table was handled from day one and you’ll know this is the kind of meat you want to feed your family.

How We Ranch:

Low Stress Handled Stock is tender, delicious, healthy meat, that’s why we raise, transport, and butcher our cattle with as little stress as possible.
We only feed our cattle non-GMO grain or grass, whether it’s on a day-to-day basis or during the finishing phase, making every cut of meat non-GMO.
We like variety so we’re delivering that to you, finishing cows on either grass or grain for the area’s best Grass Finished and Grain Finished options.
Our Bridwell family has ranched for generations, and we like it that way. We’ve built and adapted our ranching practices, all to make sure our generational ranching is sure to bring better meat to your dinner table.

How We Don’t:

Our cattle are never given hormones or antibiotics, never! That’s right, this beef is all natural.
We don’t transport our animals long and far to the butcher, in fact, it’s just right down the road from our family land, Big Springs Ranch.
We’re not under the thumb of large corporations and packers, and therefore our cattle and beef don’t go through 5, 6, or 7 steps before hitting your dinner table. It’s simple at Cattle Call, it’s low stress for our animals and healthier for you.
